We did not receive a welcome email telling us how to access the property. We had to contact customer support to get ahold of someone for the information. The parking spots were far from the unit and in no particular order. Without a map of their location we had to circle the entire complex and found someone else already parked in our spots. The apartment looked nice and as pictured upon entry; however, small roaches came out at night. The kitchen cabinet hinges were off on multiple kitchen doors, several lightbulbs were out and a hole in the wall behind the master bedroom door from a door knob. Also, the listing stated a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The walk is 25 minutes so we had to drive and pay for parking for our event.
