I booked a standard King room. When we checked in and got to our room we were given an accessible room-which is fine-however we were not told of the change. Check in was a little slow. There was at least 5 couples in front of us and maybe 2-3 behind us but only one lady checking everyone in. She was very friendly but I felt bad for her not having any help. The room was clean and comfortable.

Waited over 30 mins at the front desk from someone to check us in. Desk lobby area was completely empty. Phone ringing off the hook finally someone came and didn’t seem empathetic or apologetic. One of the guest already there said it happened to them and that no one is ever at the front desk. Room was decent but dark, water pressure very low. Very noisy I could hear people running on the floor above us. The conditioner bottle was empty so that was great. When we checked out they didn’t ask anything about our stay.

Compared to our previous visit, our rooms both had everything working correctly, which was our major complaint from before. The positive notes from my previous review still hold: The breakfast was better than average compared to similar hotels. The breakfast and front desk staff were kind and on top of things. The location is walking distance from multiple food options.

We stayed for three nights. Great location, close to food and attractions. The hotel is beautifully appointed. We were disappointed in the maid service as we did not always have coffee, cups, and blankets on our bed. All things were quickly rectified. The carpet was pulling up from the tacking around the bed which made for some sharp edges. Overall I would stay again. The staff was extremely helpful.

Generally the room was clean and comfortable, the common areas were stylish and inviting, and the breakfast was above average. The front staff and the breakfast staff were both welcoming and ran their areas well. We've stayed here before and have another stay scheduled. There were 2 negatives though: * Both of our rooms had problems with things not working. One room's tv wouldn't turn on, and then after this was fixed the sound quality made the tv unwatchable. In both rooms the phone didn't work, and this was not fixed. * There is no safe in the rooms, which is inconvenient.
