This hotel was absolutely the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Curtains ripped, hair dryer looked like a large dog chewed on it. Carpet filthy. Television wouldn’t work. Asked staff 3 times to fix it. No one ever showed up to fix it. Ripped bedding. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was very unsanitary, there was mold and rust in the shower and they didn’t offer breakfast as stated on the app. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the building. Overall I would rate the hotel and a zero star if that were a thing.

No breakfast as stated on site other than grab and go. Other hotel chains have been providing this service for months now. Room was nice but dissatisfied about the breakfast

Room was dirty even after just being cleaned. Toenail clippings and other junk on the carpet by the bed. Very outdated and ran down. Bed was hard as a rock and mattress cover had vomit or something similar all over it. Sheets were stained with giant ink stains (I know, weird). The pillows were seriously pillows you would use for a toddler & there were only 4 on a king bed. It’s 110 degrees outside and when we walked in the room, the heater was on. I don’t think it ever cooled down bc the AC was old and barely blowing. Don’t even try to use the pool, it had giant patches of green algae growing throughout. The front desk girl was really nice and bless her heart, she was trying to check people in and was also the maintenance person when our lights tripped the main breaker and she had to go flip the breakers in the basement & try to fix our lights. The Wyndham property I stayed at was very similar. Sorry, 2 strikes and you’re out with me. Will never stay at another of their properties. We had to book her due to lack of rooms in the area, but we will sleep in the car next time.

When we arrived the clerk was rude, then when we got to our room the carpet had bit been vacuumed and the floors had dirty shoe prints, then when we pulled back the cover to go to bed the sheets were dirty and had what looked like bugs, we called the front desk and they told us that we could come get a mop and change our own sheets, and that we could clean our own room the next day, we were then told to leave the property the night we arrived

Loved the special needs chair in the pool area. The morning front desk staff was extremely friendly. Room definitely had a stale/dirty feet smell upon entering. Once we turned the air conditioner down it went away.
