First night stay was alright. The A/C stopped working on the second day and notified host. They just gave some simple suggestions, close couple vents, open windows. It was getting up to 80 degrees outside on the third day of staying so I contacted them again and told them no cold air was coming out of the vents so I left for the day and came back to a 78 degree house. Contacted them again and told them I couldn't stay in a house that was too warm for me since I'm sensitive to heat. When I said that I'd have to leave they said they could give a partial refund after the cleaning crew said everything was alright. Next day and there was no response from host and no refund. Vrbo has tried contacting them several times and response. Not a very professional way to deal with customers, just ignore them when there's an issue. Furniture is not very comfortable if you were spending any time in the house and no tvs in the bedrooms. Definitely not worth staying there.
