We love this resort and location
This was our 3rd year coming to Fort Walton Beach, Fl & staying at Waterscapes Resort. We chose this place because of all of it’s amenities and location.
The condo pretty much looks exactly like the pictures on their listing aside from a little wear and tear and aging these condos go through with having many different people coming & going a lot.
The condo was very nice. It was clean aside from the guest bathroom toilet it has a black ring or water stain? But that wasn’t really anything to get worked up about.
My only complaint is that this kitchen didn’t have much cookware or bakeware to use & utensils were lacking as well.It made cooking somewhat difficult. The dryer vent was packed with lent. The shower water pressure was low.
As far as the resort goes normally we don’t have any complaints at all but this year we have a complaint about their hot tubs not being cleaned properly or frequently as I ended up getting a staph infection of the urine from using them.
Usually the hot tub water is good and clean looking but this time you could see suntan lotions and stuff from the trees & other things floating in them. We didn’t notice how dirty the water was until after we sat down and really got a good look at what was floating in there.
We stay from Saturday to Saturday & the hot tubs didn’t appear good & clean until Thursday. We cut our trip short a day early due to my infection causing me problems.
Would we stay here again? Yes definitely. This is a great resort!
