The location was close to restaurants & shopping without being too busy or crowded. Brooks & Shorey had great communication. We will definitely be back!

Bait and Switch??

Reviewer Comments: I rented a condo, ocean view, but a month before our visit I was informed that the owners had decided to sell the condo and it wasn’t available anymore. They said there was another condo available but no ocean view. A week before we were to leave I received another call saying they had to move me again because there was construction being done. I really gad no choice but to take it as I would not have been able to find something else. We were suppose to get into the condo at 4:00 pm, which I already thought was rather late but they were behind in cleaning the condo so we didn’t get in till almost 5:00 pm. So instead of a 2 bedroom with one bedroom with twin beds for our 2 grandchildren condo on the 2nd floor with an ocean view we ended up ended up on the 7th floor, no ocean view, my grandchildren had to share a full size bed. The entire building was under construction, one of the elevators was torn apart and we were never offered a discount or at the least an early check in or check out for our inconvenience. Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.

Quiet perfect location

Perfect spot, close enough to Destin to be a short drive, but far enough to be a quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Beautiful place, loved watching the sunsets from the patio. Clean throughout, though had to either wear shoes inside or wash our feet before bed as walking around barefoot got our feet pretty dirty.
