The property is very run down. My room had black mold in the shower, dirty wall above bed, dirty sink. I did not stay in the room at all. J do Not recommend this place

There was no concierge at the desk when I arrived. Instead, a hand-written note was on the counter, indicating that the attendant would be right back. I waited 20 minutes until someone finally appeared behind the desk. Check-in went smoothly, but when I arrived to my room, it was disgusting. Firstly, I booked a room with one king sized bed. Instead, I was given two queens. I am traveling with my very large dog, who sleeps on the bed, and we were uncomfortable squeezing on a Queen all night. There was a harsh moldy/mildew odor upon entry. I went to transfer my refrigerated items into the mini fridge, but it was broken. Checked the plug/wiring, all looked fine, but no cool air. Surely enough, the microwave sitting on top of the fridge was also broken. I checked the outlets with a phone charger to see if they worked, and they did — the hardware was just literally broken. My fruit and leftovers had to be thrown out. In the bathroom, there was a USED QTIP ON THE COUNTER. Turned on the sink. It didn’t work. I had to use the tub to wash my hands. The tub was filthy. Rust, mold, and a leaky faucet. Folded towels were stained and floor was so dirty. Bedding was wrinkled and stained. Gross. I took pictures and returned to the front desk to ask for a discounted rate. I was told that she could not adjust my rate, unless I wanted a higher one. I’m sorry, what? $90 wastes I paid less to stay in the Wyndham La Quinta in El Paso and it was pristine.

My husband and son stayed in this hotel on Monday night and they bragged on how nice the room was. On there way back from there travels, they booked in this same hotel because of the great room. This room was not nice at all. It was shabby. Couldn't here the T.V. and the door was messed up. It looked like it had been broken into at one time. We usually stay at Best Western but They wanted to try La Quinta because they have remodeled and have brought there standards up. I don't under stand why the rooms were so different because they were the same price. Thanks Gail Herrington

One of the beds dirty. water in tub did nt turn off/on easily. no lights in parking lot, sign was not lighted and we passed 3 times trying to get in, big holes in entry couldnt see as no lights and we didnt arrive till 7:30. very disapointed in whole place. there were hugh eeeds in front been there awhile. just needs good maintenance.

La Qunita Ft Stockton, Texas

Pros: Staff bed was good
Cons: everything
Location: N/A
The hotel is over 30 years old and in real need of repair bathroom tiles cracked and chipped, Carpet more than worn and badly stained, bath tub chipped and scared. Beds ok Breakfast substandard and I stay in lots of La Quintas Staff very nice but I had to be shown three rooms before I could find one ready for me. Corporate really needs to redo this hotel!
