Welcome to Villa Bella Vista, your home away from home in Cape Coral. The home sits on the end of the canel and provides a stunning view from the lanai.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has an open floor plan home with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen, dining room and master bath have been recently remodeled. The appliances are also new.

The home is just a few blocks from restaurants and dining at beautiful Cape Harbour Marina.

The home is supplied with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We have supplied linens and the kitchen is stocked if you decide to cook. Just bring your food and plan to sit back and enjoy the view.

Great Spring Break Experience

I loved this property and am planning a return trip. Mark was very responsive during my stay to any questions. Beautiful (clean) home with all of the amenities, including kayaks and bikes. This was a perfect house for our small group. The location at the end of the canal made for perfect evenings visiting in, and by, the pool to watch the beautiful sunset. Quiet neighborhood. My husband and I thought this property was exceptional. It is very pleasing from the road, and beautifully finished with high end finishes throughout. We had everything there that we would have needed, plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, towels and furnishings in general. The pool area is beautiful and view out to the canal breathtaking! Our owners were gracious to turn on the pool heater ahead of our arrival, but we still found the water a bit chilly for comfortable pool time in February. But laying in the sun near the screened in pool made up for that as well. Overall it was a very great experience and we would stay again.
