The A/C wouldn’t get cool in the afternoon/evening. The evening front desk receptionist was not welcoming at all. She needs customer service training. The beds were nice and firm. The smell was good. The housekeepers were nice. The first/check in receptionist was very polite and understanding! Would i stay here again? Probably not!

Our Ft. Myers stay

The room was immaculate, all very well placed. Lot's of space and very comfortable. The only thing missing was an extra mirror in the bathroom for when we use the blow dryer we could see the back of the head. There were no internet instructions provided. Breakfast was very good, are very clean, staff was replacing food immediately and keeping the areas clean. I would definitely return with my family. Thank you.

Pretty nice hotel but…

The hotel is new so, of course everything is going to look nice. Hopefully Marriott keeps it looking nice. Hotel has nice amenities and comfortable room. BUT, the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention when cleaning the bathroom! There was 💩 on the border of the toilet and when you get closer to it, it stinks. Also, a couple of towels had some huge stains. How they didn’t see that?! Oh yes, they did not pay attention. In addition, the sink had some toothpaste residue and the shower had a few hairs from previous guests, that was pretty disgusting. They need to use more bleach and vacuum better. The hotel is located in a pretty busy avenue so, it can be noisy. By the other hand, the room layout is pretty nice, the beds were very comfortable. We really like the small closet with drawers, a mirror and the ironing board. The breakfast was good, and all the employees were very friendly.
