The ultra-modern 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath rooms design balances private spaces with areas to gather and share wonderful memories. Vaulted ceilings throughout add an air of drama and draws your attention to the large windows with spectacular water views. Modern polished concrete floors and fashionable area rugs are attractive and elegant.

Living spaces feature modern designer furnishings that perfectly accentuate the home's lavish contemporary aesthetic. Enjoy a very modern open kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar seating for four, a separate dining table for eight, and modern appliances. The adjacent living room has comfy seating, a very large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the outside area.

Ample chaise lounge seating allows for tanning and relaxing in the sun. The outdoor dining area has an overhang for a cooling shade and includes a full outside kitchen with a built-in grill, a sink, a refrigerator, and an outdoor dining table. There is also a separate lounge area, perfect for morning or late night drinks and socializing. A private dock where you can fish from features additional chaise lounge seating. The house is a mere 8-minute walk away from the very popular Cape Harbor Marina where you’ll find three great restaurants, bars, and shops. The supermarket Publix is also just as close.

Cape Coral is famous for its scenic canals, which it has more miles of than any other city in the world. The city is also a destination vacation playground, with gorgeous beaches, golf courses, and a family water park. b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.
