It clean enough but many things not good. Little water pressure in sink. Barely warm water.

I supposedly did not get the room I reserved, which according to the desk person was and ADA room (not what I reserved anyway). She went on to chastise me about needing to look more closely at the codes for each type of room so it wouldn't happen again...Whatever. The accommodations were fine, there is no elevator in this facility which wasn't an issue, but could be for some people.

Difficult to recommend staying here . Breakfast is good but a lot of bugs under coffee machine . Every time we turned on our bathroom light bugs scattered into shower gaps . The treadmill was broken during our stay . It’s a very odd metal bed that makes a very loud metal clank when you get on of off it . Noisey air con . Other hotels in the area were much better .

The rooms were clean; the lobby and rest of the building as well. It’s a very nice hotel for only being 2.5 stars. It’s also in a populated area that feels safe (safety is important when I’m looking for places to stay).

We just stopped to get some sleep between midnight and 5:30am because we were too tired to drive two more hours to get home after arriving in Miami on our returning flight. Very friendly employee checked us in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Would stay here again if I was ever in the area in need of a room.
