Asked 5 different times over two days for a roll away bed and was given a different excuse every time. 1. We don’t always see the requests when bookings are made, but we will get you one. 2. We don’t have one available right now. 3. They are all dirty and need to be cleaned but will get you one later today. 4. I’m not sure if we even have roll away beds at this facility. 5. We only have the frames for roll away beds, but no mattresses. I can check to see if we have an air mattress for you. At this point after two days and being lied to multiple times, I gave up. It was made clear in the booking and at check in that a roll away was needed. Pathetic to pay over $300 a night and then have someone sleep on the floor!
