Disliked: Cleanliness
I made the booking, and paid in full. When it came time to arrive at the home, the host completely ghosted me and never responded. Had to contact customer support to get a resolution. Absolutely do not recommend booking with this host. On the other hand, Vrbo customer service was absolutely amazing to deal with. They took care of me beyond my expectations.
