"The location is the best for this hotel. It's really close to the sanibel island bridge and you can get to lighthouse beach in less than 20 mins. You also have a publix right up front walking distance that you can use to restock your beach supplies or even buy anything for the room. You also have in the same plaza some food restaurants like chinese food and a sport bar names gator bites. You also have other classic restaurants a few minutes away in car like Wendy's, taco bell, McDonald's etc etc. The hotel itself was just Ok. The room was clean but there was a used soap in the bathroom but the remaining of the room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but if you have dietary restrictions it may be a bit difficult there is almost no gluten free options and very limited daisy free options as well. They do have scramble eggs and some sausage and fruit. Some of the rooms do have a fully stocked kitchen so you may be able to keep some backs ups there. Parking is payed separately about 5$ per night. Overall for price, location and amenities in the room it was a good price per night."

"I booked Two rooms for my contractors, each room had kitchenette- they found roaches in the sink, in the bathroom and coffee maker… one of my contractors got bit with bed bugs bites all over his legs and back, he had to take Benadryl to ease the reaction. One of the burners were not working. I contacted the hotel via chat on Expedia and no response. I am a platinum member on Expedia booking rooms for my construction business since 2019, thousands of dollars has been spent on Expedia, I couldn’t even get through to them either. This review is not only for this disgusting hotel but also for the lack of response through the Expedia system as well. The principle matters, guest should not have to be fooled with photos or renderings of hotels that are not properly inspected or vetted. Do not be fooled my the images or the outdoors of this hotel, inside it has roaches and bed bugs. You’ve been warned!!!!!!!"
