Explore our beautifully landscaped home, ideally situated on one of Cape Coral's nicest and largest lakes in the highly desired, tranquil, and safe South West Pelican area. It's conveniently located near Tarpon Point Marina and the Cape Coral Yacht Club, just a 2-5 minute drive to local restaurants and grocery stores, with RSW airport only 23 miles away.

This updated home features a unique open-concept floor plan, natural hardwood floors, and an abundance of sunlight in the spacious family room. Gather around the large 7-seater sectional in front of the big flat-screen TV offering over 200 channels and fast internet. Additionally, you can savor tranquility while preparing your special dishes in the gorgeous and fully-equipped chef's kitchen, complete with granite countertops, an updated electric stovetop, stainless steel dishwasher, oven, and more. When you're ready to dine, there's seating for three at the kitchen counter and six at the dining room table.

The breakfast bar is a great place to mingle and enjoy early breakfast or happy hour. Family get away

Great Weekend Getaway

We were in the area for a last minute weekend getaway. We were surprised the property was available for the exact dates we needed. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was super clean, well maintained, and as described in the listing and pictured in the photos. We loved the pool area- the pool itself was great and we enjoyed having an area to read, relax, and soak up some sunshine. Being on the lake was great because it made it seem like we were farther away from other properties even though it is a normal suburban neighborhood. The communication with the property host was through the app and she was very responsive. We would love to stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Unique atmoshere on the lake

We stayed in this villa from October 31, 2024 to November 21, 2024. The view and the atmosphere on the lake are unique. You never get tired of it. The orientation of the pool deck allows you to find sun from morning to evening. This is especially important in November. Everything is as described, very well equipped, nothing was missing. We would particularly like to highlight the good quality of the mattresses and pillows and the owners' willingness to extend our departure until the afternoon. This was made possible for us free of charge. We would be happy to come back.

We LOVED our stay at Tina and Alan’s! We could not have asked for anything more. Everything was amazing . We felt at home the minute we walked thru the door. Everything We Needed

Tina was lovely to work with- caring and responsive. The property is beautiful decorated, comfortable furniture, and was well equipped with all that we needed after a quick trip to the market on the way in. All just a short drive away. Lovely, Peaceful Home

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet, and, since we arrived very late, well-lit (we also appreciated the house number being easy to find!). Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard faces a lake that added to the serenity. Pool was kept at a steady 85. Furnishings were newer and nicely appointed. The garage did not fit our rental car (Pacifica) but a compact car should be able to fit in there. The shower in the the master bath was a jet tub fitted with a shower curtain that was uncomfortable but functional. Tina was a very responsive host that was accommodating to a couple special requests. Although we didn’t get a chance to use them, there were bicycles in the garage as well as some lake equipment. We would definitely consider this home for a future rental and do not hesitate in recommending it.

We can't say enough positive about our 3-week stay. The house is exactly as advertised and has everything you need. It's in a great neighborhood and centered in Cape Coral such that it's only 15 minutes to everything in town and a short jaunt to Fort Myers and places beyond. Communication with the owners was quick. I highly recommend!

peaceful retreat

We’ve had a great time as we've been here for the fourth time on our Christmas vacation with our kids. What is better for the review than returning guests, and we’re coming back again next Christmas, we’re already booked. This rental is really a great retreat if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet place with a stunning view of the lake every morning and sunset in the evening. Everything is true as it is written in the description of this property. It is clean and very good maintained. Owners are responsive immediately with any issue you might have. Thanks again Tina for your hospitality. Bonus information: there is Samsung smart TV with Disney+, Netflix, and more apps, just login with your account and kids have their favorite shows. *Only down is the beaches situation after the hurricane Ian. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are still closed and will be for some time, but beaches in Naples are slowly opening. We recommend Clam Pass Beach.
