This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island. No need to get in a car the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters. You can also enjoy Junkanoo bar and grill and Fresh Catch for fine waterfront dining.

Great place for family
Spring break trip for family of 4. 2 boys 14 and 11. The condo is further down the island and away for the busier area. Every time we went to the beach, there was plenty of space to throw a ball or play frisbee. Beach is right across the street-maybe a 2 minute walk. Grocery store right next door. Also restaurant behind the grocery store does to-go orders or you can sit and enjoy. Condo is great!! 2 bedrooms( 3 beds) and 2 baths. Main bedroom also has a balcony off the back. You can sit out front as well and enjoy the waves, talk with the neighbors, or people watch if you so choose. Beach towels, sand toys. Beach chairs, cooler- all provided! Owners were very helpful-offered up suggestions on things to do and places to eat. 100% we will be staying here again! There is nothing like an ocean sunset! And watching the sunset over Sanibel is just gorgeous! We just left and we already miss it!!

This place was perfect for us! 2 adults and 3 late teens. Location was excellent! Grocery store next door great! Plenty of room and Ocean view beautiful! A must stay! Down island far enough to avoid worst of traffic. Would/Will stay again! Thanks for a wonderful place!

Very nice stay! Very short walk to a grocery store. Amazing views of the gulf. Short drive to many places. Island is slowly being rebuilt after Ian but still places to go and things to do. Kids loved finding shells on the beach. Safe area, felt comfortable letting preteen and teen walk on beach without us. The cooler, beach chairs and soft sided wagon full of beach stuff was great!!!! Would definitively stay again!

Beautiful clean across from beach
Absolutely perfect for family of four to have a quick beach getaway. Loved watching sunset from front porch and walking across the street to beach. Being next door to Publix was great. Apartment was so clean and well stocked. Tawnia was very responsive and attentive to make sure we were doing well. Thank you and look forward to returning.

Quick winter getaway
We left the cold of Ohio for a quick winter warm up. Although the weather wasn’t ideal we had a great trip. Our accommodations were just what we were looking for. Our unit was clean, amenities were very appreciated and our host kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. Awesome location.
Great little condo right across from the beaches. Easy access to local nightlife and walking distance to just about everything Although the area is still in the midst of rebuilding we would definitely stay again!
