The view was absolutely spectacular, the sunsets are amazing. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We loved that the beach chairs, umbrella and the swimming noddles were provided. There is plenty of parking. We would stay there again!

Beautiful condo, exactly as described. Very clean and neat, well stocked on towels, basic supplies and beach equipment. Amazing ocean view and sunsets. Lush landscaping and new, clean furniture in pool and common areas. Excellent, pleasant communications with Joe and Jeanne before, during and after our stay. Been visiting FMB for over 30 yrs but first time visit to EBTC and it won’t be our last!

Fabulous Experience

It was amazing having coffee every morning on the balcony and watching the dolphins swim by, the pelicans fly past at eye level and the call of the osprey every morning. Want to so badly stay again!

Fully Equipped Beach Haven

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and we had a great time!! It was the perfect size for the two of us. Absolutely breath taking views of the ocean. The hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they truly wanted us to have a good time. We had a blast swimming in the pool, hanging out on the beach, and playing tennis. We loved all the wildlife as well. The beach supplies provided were a huge plus. We would love to stay again in the future!

Beautifully Noisy

The condo itself has a beautiful view but the noise from all the construction was disappointing especially with the price for the week. Was only left one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag, requested more and got another roll with one more garbage bag. Main entrance code was changed two days into our stay and got locked out. Had to get the code from anther guest Most restaurants haven’t been rebuilt the area is still under major construction which is sad and understandable but you should be informed and pricing should go with the lack of convenience. .

Beautiful views of the Ocean

We had a wonderful week long vacation. The unit is exactly as you see in the pictures and descriptions. One suggestion, read the framed info on the wall between the breaker box and refridgerator to avoid making a call stating we had no running water 🤣 Marion responded quickly and came up to turn the water and breaker on.The views of the Ocean and sunsets were breathtaking There is still beach dredging and construction going on due to hurricane Helene, but we didn't let that bother us as we kept our focus on the beauty all around us. When this area has completely healed from the damage it will be even more amazing We hope to be able to stay again

Perfect Penthouse

A million dollar view

So much of Fort Myers Beach has been rebuilt since the hurricane. It is getting better and better. We want to return to this unit. The hosts are easily the best we have ever rented from. The penthouse unit has the best view of the beach and ocean of any unit in the 3 buildings. I love a balcony with a spectacular view. We lived on the balcony reading, relaxing, and taking in the incredible scenery. Wow. I was so relaxed I kept taking naps all week long.

Beautiful condo with great views!

Beautiful top floor unit with a fantastic oceanfront view from the balcony. Perfect size for two people. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The closet includes beach chairs, pool noodles, and other recreational equipment. The building is very close to the pool and the beach. There is a laundry room in the lobby of the building near the elevators. The washers and dryers take quarters, or you can scan the QR code on the machines to pay using the PayRange app. Excellent communication with the owners both before and during our stay. They truly want you to have a great vacation. One other piece of advice I would like to share with anyone wanting to visit Fort Myers Beach in the next few years is to understand that the entire island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian that struck in September 2022. We stayed in August 2024, and I would estimate that at least two-thirds of all buildings on the island (perhaps more) are still being repaired (or demolished in some cases) so be aware that you will not be able to escape construction noise during the day. If you understand and accept that fact in advance, then it won't bother you. There are many people that live there that are trying to rebuild their lives and businesses, and they depend heavily on the tourists that are willing to visit during this rebuilding phase to help keep them employed or keep their businesses open. We had many great conversations with local people during our stay.

Jeannie and Joe were great with communication and setting expectations up front. The condo was on point with their pictures and description. For a studio its a descent size. Overall the condo was great! Great view. Great amenities. Great property for relaxing. Perfect for a couples get away. Easy drive into Ft Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.

i have never had a property owner reach out and make herself available, even reached out mid week to make sure everything was good, perfect for 2 people, no complaints here, had more then other places i have stayed, all the towels, rags, and beach towels, umbrella, chairs, it had it all. would highly reccomend, thanks for everything, great hosts!

Over all the condo was exactly what was listed. Still work being done on the buildings and grounds which I expected after hurricane Ian in September of 2023. What I didn't expect or like was the longer response time to get the access code to get into the unit. I had to ask twice for the code and only got it the day before my rental started. Also the phone number of the owners is listed wrong on the listing so I was unable to talk to them only could email them. I have rented through VRBO numerous other times and stayed at this complex, other units, and have not had this issue.

Beautiful sunsets

An oasis in a construction zone. A beautiful refuge in an area that had been devastated by hurricane Ian. We had a great time- walked the gorgeous beach several times each day. Lots of shells for the collector. The condo was fabulous- comfortable and contained plenty of amenities. Would gladly come back another year
