No hot water, could not take a shower at night or morning, staff laying and playing a game, front desk does not answer calls had to walk over every time, manager not available. Breakfast would be nice if they had enough bagels and few other snacks for everyone. The hotel looks new and clean but that is the only plus, the heating in the room almost non existent 4 hours to heat from 68 to 71… can hear people in next room talking. Very bad experience. I Do not recommend this property.
