beware of this property- dirty, dated, filthy!

The house was dirty and we contacted the host right away with this issue. Floors not cleaned, dust all over the house, bathrooms were really filthy! I sent images to the host- she reimbursed us 400 on the first day for cleaning. We were considering leaving this property, as it was below basic cleanliness standards, not to mention a lack of bedding accommodations!However, we ended up staying- looking for a new place to stay for 7 people is a hassle that no one should have to deal with while on vacation.There weren’t enough towels for us, only 6 bath towels in the whole house for 7 guests!We end up buying an extra towels, there was not even one beach towel. When we were booking this house, there was a bunk bed pictured. When we arrived and asked where is the bunk bed, the host stated it was removed a week ago.There was not enough sleeping space for our group of 7, my daughter slept on the couch in the living room.The recycle bin and the regular trash bin was full upon our arrival.The refrigerator was full of open food.There is a mouse in the kitchen.I wish we had a different house - we have never experienced such a dirty place before and we travel to Fl every year for holidays and New Year.This is not the house I would recommend to anyone, way below cleaning standards. The area is not really good as well, right next to the main road and you can hear the traffic passing by all the time, plus the train. Filthy!!!

Our winter vacation

We enjoyed our trip thoroughly. The house is centrally located to everything. Pool was very warm and inviting.

Almost five star

Location is excellent and convenient to virtually everything and would be five starts if it weren't for the excessive road noise during the daytime and the reptiles and rodents. Road noise settles down in the late evening, so it is OK for sleeping. Iguanas in the "attic" area are more of a sleep issue and the last night had rodents in the same area of the bedroom "attic" making all sorts of noise. Communication with host was excellent but it didn't really translate into action by the manager effectively. Very clean inside and accommodations and accessories were excellent. Floranada is simply very busy and noisy during the daytime and the delay or even lack of addressing the iguanas in the attic kept this from being a five star experience. I imagine this will be addressed or has been addressed so would expect the next tenants to give five stars.
