The plants were perfect for what my daughter and I needed for a quick trip to Fort Collins. Easy parking walking distance to the historical district and comfortable bed.

Excellent location and clean accommodation. The main negative for me was a total lack of communication regarding check in and other details despite messaging ahead of time via Expedia. I had to seek help via the chat function who contacted the host direct which wasted over 30 minutes. There was no info on WiFi passwords etc and self serve coffee cups ran out in the morning. Great place but I wouldn't stay again after the hassle and lack of basic information.

Very clean and comfortable apartment-style room. The bed was super comfy! The bathroom was spacious. I wish there was a designated parking space at the unit. There is no microwave, but the mini fridge was nice to have.

My stay was great! It was a perfect location for visiting CSU and close to lots of food and shops downtown. Devon was very helpful, communicative and responded to questions quickly. Coffee was restocked everyday, which was great. Check in and check out were very smooth.

Unique stay with a nice location near Old Town

Good stay overall. I would consider staying again now that I know what to expect. Good: The bed and bathroom were perfectly clean. There was great water pressure and the hot water was actually hot. My wife appreciated having asking to the coffee machine in the foyer. The bed itself was also super comfortable. Bad: The room is a little small, no view from our unit and very bright in the morning — really recommend bringing an eye mask. There is also a very bright thermostat that lights up the room at night. The bedsheets are also strongly scented from a laundry detergent of some kind. I would’ve appreciated a nightstand on both sides of the bed but there is power available in floor outlets which made up for it. Overall, this pseudo-hotel is no frills and got the job done. I would stay again under the right circumstances, like another work trip or one where I knew I only needed a place to sleep.

What didn’t I love about the Flats? Besides the aesthetic, cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the magnificently comfortable King bed with cloud like sheets, the cold bottled water in the fridge, the selection of teas and coffees, timely communication, and easy check in/out, it might be safe, easy street parking or the beautiful building on a tree lined street and 1 block walk to a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store. There’s so much to love! This will be my go to every time I’m in Ft Collins. Just book it!

Light sleepers stay away.

Place was well finished but it is ground floor on a very busy road. I am not that light of a sleeper but it was a struggle to sleep here. The guests in the floor over me were heavy footed and all the sound came through . And I found it disgusting that they do not put the comforter in a cover - they put the cover on the bed, but not on the comforter, so you are sleeping with something that never gets washed.

Cute and clean. Comfy bed/bedding. Charming older building with updates. Loved the brass fixtures. Walkable to many Foco restaurants and attractions. AC kept the room super cool.

The property only has on the street parking that is limited in time. You need to move your car if you want to stay more than one night. The property was walking distance to old town and we liked that.

Centrally located and close to Old Town. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Very grateful the room has AC, since it was over 100F while we there. Will definitely be staying again next time we are in Fort Collins.
