I’d like to say for the price it’s ok, but I can’t. I stayed 1 night and found a much better place down the street for the same price. My room 101 was infested with flies. Dead ones, and what seemed like at least 20 alive Flies. I was killing flies all day & night and you could see the dead fly carcasses on the walls & floors where the housekeepers didn’t even bother to clean them up. It’s weird because fly strips literally cost nothing but you can tell they invested thousands in the lobby remodel.. Priorities sir..

In general it was good. The beds were ckean and comfortable, but only one had a blanket. The towels in the bathroom looked like they had justtben shaken out and rehung, but there was sir on them. There were a lot of flies in thd room.

No “Motel 6” sign posted in the tall billboard, just a scratched off “Radisson” sign. Credit card machine broken. Had to pay cash. No receipt. Room smelled bad. Window hard to open & close. Old, stained sheets and bedding. Old, uncomfortable beds. No trash can. Bathroom vent cover hanging off the wall. Limited to 2 towels even though we had 3 adults. We were told we would have to go down to the office with a used towel in order to exchange it for a clean one. Wayne was kind and apologetic.

Horrible awful arrogant staff. Booked two nights. When I came back the second evening my room was empty. I thought everything had been stolen. Front desk had my bag though; they had just thrown everything in there and checked me out. They blamed Hotels.com saying that their message from them showed I only booked one night, even though my confirmation said two. Next day the manager was on site. And the story had changed. Now apparently I had asked for an early checkout and a refund, even though I hadn’t even talked to anyone that morning. Manager refused to own up to their mistake, even though it was clearly a mixup of guests, saying he trusted the woman that claimed that I asked for a checkout. A woman that I’ve never met or talked to. I guess their mistake will become apparent in the coming days, when that other guy that DID check out contacts them, asking what happened to his refund… I did not expect the Ritz in a place like this. Just a clean bed. Which I got. But I do expect hotel staff to be competent enough to tell their guests apart! And if something seems wrong (like when a guest asks for an early checkout and refund, but still has his stuff in the room) do a little investigation or research before storming ahead and throw the stuff out of the room. They had my number. They could have just called…

The staff was friendly and the room was very nice for the price, bed very comfortable. However something was stolen out of our car while we were loading and taking the dogs out.

I mean, you kinda expect it. The shower looks like it was installed in 1970 and hadnt been cleaned in a while. No remote for TV, smelled like cigarettes. Worker at the desk was pleasant, thats about all i can say thats nice though.
