Everything was clean, well stocked, hotel is quiet. Pillows are not very comfortable. I liked the black towel to remove makeup. That helps keep the white linens white. Loved the atmosphere and friendly front desk staff at check in.

I told the Desk staff that this was the best hotel stay I had had in recent years! We loved the room layout, esp. the separate bedroom. The gal at the front desk was the most pleasant and efficient I believe I've ever met. The amenities are terrific, including microwave and fridge tucked away behind a door. The (free!) breakfast area was top-notch and very welcoming. Location is Excellent!

Back for a Class Reunion

We were attending the 55th Class Reunion of my husband's High School Class. It was very important to my husband to attend this reunion and reconnect with those old friends and recall the fun and adventures of those long ago years as the class gets smaller. The Country Inn & Suites helped to make our experience just that much better. We thoroughly enjoyed the reunion.

We loved this hotel! The room was very spacious and comfortable. There were several nice common areas in the hotel where groups could hang out. The staff was super friendly and breakfast had a variety of food.

Love staying here for the car event every September because the show is right at the hotel. Plus restaurants are in walking distance. Only issue I had was some big gal that was working night shift came unglued on us guess people because were noisy and drinking. Gotta remember there was 2-3 wedding parties also there. But other than that I love staying there and will be back next year

Room wasn't ready when we needed it.

Overall I liked the hotel, but checkin was a nightmare. They did not have rooms ready at 3 PM. We waited until almost 4, but had to leave for dinner theater reservations. We were unable to get cleaned up prior to our reservation, and weren't able to get checked in until almost 11 PM

Terrible experience

We got there and learned that Hotels.com took our money but did not book the room. We had to pay again but this time 198.00 - about $30 more than we originally paid. Trying to get in touch with Hotels.com but that is impossible. Going to have to fight this through my bank. The AC unit turns on and it sounds like you are standing next to an airplane engine. Woke me up EVERY time it cycled on. The beds are hard with worn out mattress toppers so it is also lumpy. They provide two pillows per person that appear plush but as soon as you put your head down it flattens out so you try to sleep with two - and one keeps sliding out. The room smelled like someone had sprayed a flowery-powdery perfume all over. I have asthma and allergies so this made it very unpleasant. Woke completely unrested with a headache, sinus pressure, neck and back pain. Our friends arrived and their room was not ready. We were going to the show at the Fireside Dinner Theater and could not be late so they had to put their stuff in our room and could not take a shower because there weren't enough towels for all of us and we now had to hurry. The excuse my friend was given was that 50 people checked out all at once at noon and then 50 people came in at once at 3:00 to check in. We were there...50 people were not. We frequent the shows there but us and all our friends who joined us will not be staying with them again.

Great hotel

The hotel is very bright and super clean. The rooms are very comfortable. Good lighting. Breakfast was really good. Will be back next year for the same event and will book our room here.
