They are still under construction in pool area. However, for this trip it did not matter what so ever. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room exactly as expected. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Online site indicated indoor pool we were advised at check in that it was closed and by the look of the area had been for some time

Our sincerist aplogys for the inconvenience og the pool being close during your stay. Our pool was having the the first round of upgrading done with the heating and cooling going in. We strive to have it open however sometimes it cannot be avoided please come back and see us after March I assure you won't be dissapointed

Could not supply us with a key to the room. Room was very dark one lamp did not work. Staff to busy checking people in to help us. We checked out 1hour after we checked in and were told we had to be charged for the nights rate. That was after no key and no help for the room. I feel we should get a full refund.
