This was a walk from downtown, but a nice, safe one and we like to walk. The rooms were newly redone and very large. There is work going on to update the floor with the pool, so the entrance to the pool isn’t beautiful at this time, but it will be very soon. There’s a free breakfast every day with made-to-order eggs, and snacks and free drinks at the bar at 5pm. We’d definitely stay here again.

Each staff person we interacted with was great. However, we were 4 in a room but no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch. SInce the reservation was for 4 you would think the room would have been prepared properly. Had to call twice before anyone came. When we called it is an automated system only, not a real human. Breakfast was very busy but not enough staff to keep up with the demand. No milk for cereal, various food trays empty. Like many places these days it lacked adequate staffing. We have stayed here several times over the last few years but not sure I would go back.

The hotel is under construction. It was a mess. Our room was so dirty when we arrived that the front desk moved us to another room. Thankful they were not fully booked. The bathroom did not have a vent to remove the steam. We had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa bed. You have to pay for WiFi.

Ned was ok, biggest issue was we never had our roomed cleaned once while we were there. We arrived Friday afternoon and checked out today the 19th. We alerted the front desk twice and face to face once but it never happened. We called the desk and asked if they could at least send up coffee for the next morning twice…..never happened
