One of Folly’s Best! Escape to The Landing at Little Oak, your serene summer retreat nestled beside a tranquil lagoon teeming with wildlife. This charming 1-bedroom condo offers a peaceful oasis, perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or friends reconnecting amidst nature's beauty. Within the gated Little Oak community, indulge in a wealth of amenities, including a refreshing pool, a cozy community fire pit with a charcoal grill for evening gatherings, a crab dock that extends into Oak Creek for a beautiful sunset, courts for bocce ball and tennis/pickleball. In the evening enjoy a cool beverage on the deck and watch the heron's coming home to nest in the trees surrounding the lagoon. Enjoy an easy one-mile stroll into the vibrant heart of Folly Beach for shopping and dining, or a quick ten-minute drive to the expansive, less-crowded stretches of the island's beach for a truly relaxing day by the ocean. Head West for the county park's facilities with lifeguards (during peak season) or East for a surfer's paradise at the Washout. Additionally, staying in Little Oak gives you quick access to the riches of downtown Charleston, generally about a 20-minute drive.

The condo is the perfect place to rejuvenate. Spend your days on the back porch overlooking a pond surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy your evenings in the living room which features a full wet bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and has a dishwasher for guests' convenience. There is a breakfast nook as well as bar stool seating. Three guests can sleep comfortably between the king bed and the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. There is even an additional makeup station. There is a laundry room beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels for guests' use.

Better than the pictures portrayed!

This is a lovely, high end condo that is the most well stocked place I’ve ever rented. Beautiful nature just outside your door with dozens of egrets and herons. Well stocked and spotless. Never saw such clean windows anywhere near the coast. Would have given 5 stars but we were very disappointed there was no cable or satellite but rather a Roku system with no description I could find on how to use. Suggest they get cable or satellite or state that only Roku is available. At this price point most would expect cable. Aside from that, thanks to the owner for thinking of every little thing a renter might need!
