Place and owner were very nice.The only thing our room was by the street in the morning was noisy. But the location is great you can walk to everything.

The pictures posted dont reflect the actual conditions of the rooms. I dont know how this hotel was rated bit it doesnt even match the requirements of 1 star hotel. If i was able to find another place for my family and my brothers we would have left directly without even checking in.

I Would Stay Again

We got there hours too early. They let us have a room in their property next door right away. Very friendly. Good breakfast. The lady speaks English. The older man doesn't, but he was very friendly and tried hard to communicate.

Good budget friendly hotel option

This hotel is a good budget friendly option. The room we had was quite large, it was in a great location, and had good wifi reception. The bed was not very comfortable and there were not enough pillows for my preference but other than that, we had no issues with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The reception is located next door, and it would have been nice to know that in advance. We were lucky enough to run into a staff member on our way in, who helped point us in the right direction so that we were able to check in.

The staff was so nice. She helped us out, gave suggestions, and made us cappuccino!!! Clean, inviting and it felt like a home - not a hotel. We reserved our rooms 10 minutes before arriving and she was ready and excited to see us. There was Air Conditioning and cold cold water to drink. The little things really counted. Again, very clean!!

This was a very unique hostel. The rooms were comfortable and had the necessary amenities.. bonus was the mini fridge. We had a great view of their garden in the back. It seemed like a quieter area at night which was good. It seemed like they did family style meals and there was a decent sized eating area. The staff is very nice, the older gentleman makes you feel like you’re at your grandparents house.

This bed and breakfast was amazing. Laurie and the owner was easy to talk to, they were very kind and understanding. The bedroom was very comfortable, clean, it’s located at the city center of Florence. Walking distance to the train station, the Duomo, restaurants, The Mercat and souvenir shops. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, Laurie made everyone cappuccino, hot cocoa every morning. We missed this place when we left.

very good location in the heart of the city. A bit noisy as our room was right next to the street. Beds could have been better. Breakfast was very good. Wished the proper information could have been given regarding parking, as it cost us £30 which was not necessary.. Overall a good experience..

We have to relocate to different hotel due to insecurity of location and also rooms had no safe to secure documents. Also beds was made of old fashioned springs and AC in room was not working right. Paying for night $126 I expected better and cleaner place. We decided not to stay there and moved to different hotel.

Horrible horrible

It is horrible experience and never do it again. The property is just small house , the lounge is owner's office and it the same for breakfast area. The owner is there 24hrs and control every thing. Our troubles started in the first minutes when he refused to switch the aircondition on. It was hot and my daughter was not feel well due to hot weather. The room is full of smoke smells, Walls is dirty. The corridor leading to our room is always dark, as the owner keep switch it off as soon as we enter the room. On breakfast him and his staff monitor guests (how much what they eat). It was the worst experience ever I have seen In brief this hotel does not worth the price we have paid for (€156 +36).
