Strategically located apartment, situated in the very central Via dei Neri, a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. On the second floor of a typical Florentine building, it consists of two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Spacious and bright living area, well-equipped kitchen with all amenities. Wifi connection and air conditioning. Building equipped with a small elevator.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Best stay, best location during our month in Europe.

This is an INCREDIBLE property in an amazing part of Florence. You are so close to everything amazing - top restaurants, best shopping, museums. The flat is amazingly spacious, and we said we could live there easily. We were greeted by Marco who was so nice and offered amazing recommendations, and made us feel at home. Easy check in process and I can’t say enough about this flat, Highlight of our trip.
