This was a nice room that was in a great location. Communication with the staff was great! We had a couple of issues while staying here. We stayed for three nights. The shower light flickered during our stay and on the last day, the covering on the fixture actually Fell on someone in our party while they were showering. I have no doubt that this would’ve been remedied had we brought it up earlier in the stay. The biggest issue we had was a very repulsive smell that was noticeable as soon as you walked into the room. We were not in the room much because we were sightseeing and ended up bringing it up to the staff on our second day. They came in and aired out the room and sprayed something that did help the smell, but it still lingered. Overall, they were attentive and addressed our issues. I really hope the smell is gone for any future stay there!

So so disappointed, paid for 4 stars, received 1 star, Expedia said 4 stars, breakfast included, its why i picked this one. When we arrived we were so disappointed and shocking. First one this an appointment is so old and dirty, no breakfast included, just few snacks and water found in a cabinet, toilet wasnt work for 1.5 day. Im requesting my money back

The location is great, right in the center of everything. The room is cute and clean with a little patio. But this is operated like an Air B&b, so no lobby , no staff on duty and no real breakfast.

Hotel situated steps from the Duomo on a quiet side street. Couldn’t get a better location. Restaurants also just a few steps away with many options to choose from. Room was quiet and comfortable, grat shower bed could have been better but overall a great stay. Continental breakfast is just coffee, packaged croissants left in room bar area, went out for breakfast instead. Great fro the price so would recommend

The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. There was coffee you could make, orange juice and two bread rolls with jam available.

We really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The room was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The only thing we were blindsided by was the incorrect check in time online, however, the owner was very helpful and was able to get us into the room in a timely manner. We were super happy with the housekeeping services as well.

Awful room … the French room

The room smelt of sewage all the time , very basic facilities and a shared balcony with cleaning products on view. We changed to a hotel as the owner said he couldn’t smell it and that it wasn’t his problem. He offered a spray of deodorant to help .
