The front desk staff were kind, but the bed and pillows were rock hard, the shower drain didn't work and so the shower was overflowing, there was hair on the floor and on my bed from someone other than me (!! Gross!!) and it was really Hot because the AC was barely functional.

Hotel is centrally located close to main attractions. Room was little small for three people and service was average as the day of the departure the elevation was stuck and need to carry the big luggage downstairs. Great service to get a taxi.

The only issue I had was that in before booking, the details and information of the hotel said there was Air Conditioning. There was no fan or Air conditioning in the rooms. There is only air conditioning in the lobby. That was my only complaint.

Great Stay with Excellent Staff and Clean Facilities I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It’s just a five-minute walk to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The area outside felt safe and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel itself was very clean, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure in the shower—a small detail that made a big difference. The towels were high-quality, and the air conditioning was impressively cold, which was much appreciated during the warm weather. The beds were on the smaller side—even smaller than standard twin beds—and not the most comfortable, but still fine for a short stay. One of the highlights was the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even stored our bags for the day after checkout, which was a huge help. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and outstanding service. A great choice for travelers looking for a solid and safe place to stay.
