Cool hotel, about 25 mins walk from Central Ghent. The pool was warm and well received and beds were comfy. Parking nearby was reasonable. Unfortunately our shower was blocked, and our room flooded, so we had to move to a slightly smaller room.

Close to the centre and convenient (if not tight) parking. The room smelt damp though, especially the bathroom which was unpleasant and meant we needed to open a window regularly. There was no extraction in the bathroom so we think this was why.

Your staff were a credit to you, simply brilliant and faultless, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent too, breakfast also excellent, thank you. My only criticism would be the additional cost for parking, which we felt was excessive.
