Over-all our stay was good, not great, but good. When we arrived, we could not get into the rental because the code given to us for entry would not work. Luckily, Our host was easy to reach and walked us through resetting the code so we could get inside. Once inside, the unit was clean but felt stuffy, warm, and there was a distinct smell (my husband described it as smelling like the Inside of my mother’s nursing home). The two wall air conditioner units did not lower the temp inside the condo despite running all week; they really acted more as fans than a/c. Thank God the temperature outside was mild and the evenings cool, we opened the windows for fresh air and to cool down the inside of the condo. As guests, we were given a welcome gift of popcorn and coffee, thank you PMI! However, that was it… there were no directions or instructions left out for us about anything! Nothing to consult with about the WiFi password, how to use the Roku television, how to work the ac/fan units, where to put garbage, pool towels different from shower towels, etc. Honestly, it was only by chance that as I was looking over the entire unit before we checked out making sure I had not left anything, that I found, tucked away in a small drawer in the bedroom, all of the printed information and instructions we had been hoping to find when we checked in. This would have been great if it was left out in the open not tucked inside of a small bedroom drawer.
