"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care."

"Rooms weren’t very clean. Ants in the room for example. Staff weren’t very friendly upon check in. We came in at 6.30pm and asked if we could eat in the restaurant. "Hotel was very good and so were staff. The only negative was the breakfast was very small offering and had to eat at bar tables not designed for dining. Didnt see any hot option either. For 17.90Euros this didnt seem very good."
