Stylish triplex with three 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalows remodeled in 2022 centrally located 3 miles on Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Fully remodeled in Summer 2022 w/high speed WiFi, Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms & living rooms, updated appliances. Full size washer & dryer. EZ access to mountain bike and hiking trails, sites and museums. Fenced yards feature Adirondack chairs, picnic table, firepits, and BBQ grills. You have the WHOLE TRIPLEX to yourself w/3 one car garages, 2 fenced yards and a large balcony.

3 Stylish 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath units w/one-car garages that boast extra storage and a full size washer and dryer. 2 fully fenced yards and one large balcony with Adirondack chairs, picnic table, fire pit and charcoal BBQ. Inside the home, you'll find the living rooms with fireplace and 55" Samsung Smart TVs, two sofas (long enough to sleep on; they do not fold out into beds), and club chairs.

The oversized eat-in kitchens are well equipped with cookware, new 2022 appliances and dining tables w/seating for 4 plus 2 spare chairs in the garage.

The large master bedrooms have king beds and ensuite half baths. The second bedrooms also feature a king bed. The living spaces share no common walls. We LOVE dogs and they stay free.
