The manager did not help the bar staff (only one employee). When the area was extremely busy as most customers were watching the stanley cup playoff game.

No elevator, which we didn't know in advance, but managed. Staff was helpful, breakfast very good, busy weekend but in room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Basic accomodation but suited our needs.
