I stayed at this hotel in Pennsylvania, and it was such a terrible experience that I couldn’t even stay the full time I had booked. From the moment I arrived, I was disappointed. The room was not clean, it smelled bad, and it just didn’t feel safe or welcoming. I tried to give it a chance, but after one night, I realized I couldn’t stay another day. It was that uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and let them know I wanted to check out early. The staff didn’t seem to care at all and told me there was nothing they could do. No apology, no understanding, and definitely no refund or even a partial credit. I said okay, handed them the room keys, and left the hotel. They didn’t even officially check me out until the next day, which made the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was poor, the conditions were unacceptable, and the way they handled my early check-out was very unprofessional. It’s disappointing to spend your hard-earned money on a place that treats guests this way.

This place is nasty and needs a make over and a lot better up keeping. Our curtains had mold on them. The walls and ceilings were stained with all kinds of markings. The bedding looked dirty and stained. The room was musty when entered no ac had been on in days. Bathtub was rusty and gross. Our friends room smelled like weed and it was non smoking. We checked out and did not stay.

Small beds

The staff was the best part of our stay. The room was well taken care of. The cleanliness of the room was very good. I would not say excellent as the bathtub was a bit dirty. The sheets & beds were clean. The carpet turned my sons feet black when he walked around on it. The pool was clean & well taken care of but there weren’t any towels out at the pool. I had specifically asked at the front desk if there were towels out at the pool. The worst issue I had was the double beds. It would be much better to have 2 queen beds as the double are way too small. My 57lb child & I could barely fit together & I was sleeping on the edge of the bed all night.

Booked reservation with expedia there was no mention of a pet but the hotel was listed as pet friendly. Arrived and was advised that they would not honor the reservation because I had a pet and they had no pet friendly rooms. Hotel did refund my money. I will never book with expedia again as I can't count on the reservation

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean with the exception of the shower. The shower desperately needs to be re-caulked so that it is clean and fresh.

Good stay, good staff

Overall, very good stay and will stay again. Room very clean and bed linens fresh. My room had a few quirks … no bars of soap and no conditioner with the shampoo in the shower. Both area had bottles of lotion instead. Reported it to front desk and they were apologetic and promised to remedy. Loved the touch lamps (easy on, easy off).

Checking in was really easy and the front staff was very friendly and quick. Room was very clean. My only complaint is that the shower curtain was too small for the shower. When you ask for an accessible room, water pooling on the floor in the bathroom from an ill-fitting shower curtain is not the safest. But otherwise we are very happy with our stay.
