Staff was amazing! Love how we were treated. Our rooms which we were with 20 other people, Had roaches. They dont clean the room well at all. Spills from previous guests were still there, food, toothpaste etc. and thats because we arrived 3 hours before check in (3pm)and our room wasnt ready until 4pm. We will return to Jamaica just not this resort.

Overall we had a good time during our stay. The pros were the great selection of places to eat. Our room was cleaned daily and the grounds were beautiful. Unfortunately there were some cons which we experienced upon arrival. The person who checked us in was nice and told us to go to another staff member to talk about coupons. The staff the the coupon desk Brandon in particular was very rude and had an attitude especially after we asked if he was pitching a “ time share pitch” which we would not be interested in if he was. After our long flight and drive to the resort the last thing we were expecting was a having to deal with a rude worker just minutes after checking in. It made for a bad start to our vacation.

It is time for an upgrade, it may have been luxury, however the curtains, sheets and towels were old and tinted. The floors need a good buffing and things just look dated. It’s all in the details. The food was ok, and the grounds wee lovely.

Secrets wild orchid and St. James are right across from each other which is unique! All the food was great although we had to wait a very long time for it a couple nights and didn’t receive it one night. Good people. Customer service was pretty good. We will definitely visit again!

I loved the way the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything I needed it to be for the best experience possible. Everything was beautiful and clean. The food was amazing. I ate at 9 out of 20 bars and restaurants within my 4 night stay. I received one of the best massages from their spa. Great resort! I will be returning!

As soon as we walked in to check in we were bombarded to join a timeshare and wasted 30-45 minutes of our time there. Even after saying we’re not interested the person kept insisting and even said he’d do a wake up call at 730 am! I said no we’re on vacation and I don’t want anyone calling me waking me up. Next morning, phone still rang. I found this to be extremely rude and disrespectful because we said no. The hotel itself was ok. Food was ok, nothing to brag about. Drinks were not great except for the mimosas at breakfast. Some staff were friendly, others were not.
