I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Dreams Rose Hall. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere at the resort is truly inviting and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a tropical getaway. The food and drinks were nothing short of excellent — delicious, beautifully presented, and with a great variety to suit all tastes. The entertainment was top-notch, with something for everyone, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Whether you're looking for lively shows, relaxing activities, or fun-filled evenings, this resort delivers A++! Overall, my stay was memorable and exceeded all my expectations. From the dining team to the entertainment staff, every employee was kind, resourceful, and genuinely attentive. They made the stay feel special and welcoming. The entertainment for both kids and adults was excellent, offering a fun and engaging experience for all ages. Additionally, the aesthetic and landscaping outside the hotel is absolutely stunning 10/10 in beauty and design. That said, there’s room for improvement, especially given the price point. The guest rooms need a decor refresh, the beds were uncomfortable, and the balcony furniture appeared outdated and worn. The buffet food was average, lacking variety, especially in fresh fruits, and there were no fresh-pressed juice options. On a brighter note, the slush drinks were fantastic cold, refreshing, and perfectly made. The Asian restaurant was a standout: the chickpea appetizer and soup were delicious, and the chef and staff offered some of the best service we experienced during our stay. Suggestions for Improvement: • Modernize room interiors and upgrade bed comfort and balcony furniture. Clean better. • Improve buffet offerings, especially fresh fruit and juice options. • Maintain the excellence of the entertainment and Asian dining experience.

Greetings. I visited this resort in 2018. I returned because of the remarkable place it was and all of it's amenities. I was told it was under a new management and company. It is clearly a different place. The activities daily were great and many of the staff who worked to make it enjoyable did an outstanding job. Unfortunately this was my second time but my last time.

Nightmare check in

Check in was a nightmare. They were completely unorganized and had people waiting 45 minutes to check in. And then once checked in we along with everyone else were told we had to come back for our keys, which took another 30 minutes

We loved our stay! Many of the staff members were friendly and accommodating, which made us feel very welcome. Our room, however, was connected to what seemed to be an adjoining family room, and unfortunately, we could hear all of their conversations. This affected the overall quiet and privacy we were hoping for. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Now our favorite spot to stay in Jamaica

We had a fantastic stay. Customer service was great. We loved that the resort not too large and so we could easily walk to different areas of it as needed. Perhaps the best part though was the food, in particular the Jamaican food. We were impressed with the variety of Jamaican dishes available. Everything was delicious and we never ran into any issues with food running out at any of the eating areas (which is usually a common issue we run into when we visit Jamaica)
