The staff at this hotel was amazing! I love the Diversity of the hotel so many different races I love it. The hotel smells and is so clean. Everyone is so kind. I joined the club and I will be staying there again during the summer next month. Thank you for a great stay!

The breakfast did not disappoint. The property it self is out dated and there were a lot of noticeable issues like the water pressure change and temperature of the water. The toilet was not sealed properly and there was rust in both bathrooms. They were very stingy with linens and things that such of been restocked were not. There is a 30 or 28 daily parking fee that is taken out right away and the parking lot is small . It was on the higher priced end which makes small things more difficult to over look . The bar was closed for the majority of the days we were there .

Mini family vacation

The only two things things I have to say that wasn’t great about the hotel was that the couch that pulled out into a double bed was very uncomfortable for my grandchildren. Springs were poking in their backs and it was very uncomfortable. Also, the luggage carrier to put your luggage on take up to your room they were only about four of them for the whole hotel. People were grabbing them from people. We had to wait an hour check out time is 11 AM. We didn’t finally get checked out until 12:30 PM waiting for one of those luggage carriers to get our stuff bring it down to our car….

Not bad.

The elevators were real busy they need more. The card or payment system was wonky. Nice two room suite. Breakfast buffet not bad. Nice staff.
