"The best of the best hotel in Punjab. The whole staff from the Security, Concierge to the Waiters were impeccable and very attentive. The whole atmosphere was very very regal. Money well spent . "Almost perfect. Excellent food. Best Mulligatawny soup on this planet. Now the negative things: They need to have usb charging ports at the desk and near the bed. Phone should be near side of the bed rather tham far side. The ramp at the entrance is too steep for wheelchairs. The Expedia site says they have free airport shuttle, which they do not. They said they charge Rs 4,500 for it, when you can easily get a cab for about Rs 1,200. "
