We cannot say enough about the staff. They were all fabulous!!!! Pearl,Steveamy? Just everyone was accommodating. The only thing I can say is the hotel itself needs to be upgraded. It really needs some TLC You could see that it's dated.

The one downside is after we checked in, I called the front desk to tell them there was a horrible noise coming from the AC unit. He already knew it made the noise but booked us in that room anyway. If they know the room has a problem, don’t hook us there and put us in the other room from the start. first!

Everything was great except the pet policy is not advertised correctly on hotels.com It says $100 per accommodation, when I checked in so was told it was per pet. If I had known it was going to cost me $200 for my pets to stay, I never would have booked it. Please fix the listing to say per pet not per accommodation.

Highly recommend!!!

My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. Edna and Preeti made the check-in and check-out process super-fast and easy, which I really appreciated. Kanta greeted us every morning with a warm smile during breakfast and was especially thoughtful in accommodating both my daughter and my dietary preferences. Their hospitality truly made our visit memorable.
