This hotel was terrible. We had no hot water to shower in the morning. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My parents had a walk-in shower that flooded the entire bathroom and my dad spent so much time trying to clean up the mess quickly that he didn’t even have time to take his own shower. My brother and his entire family reserved two rooms that they did not have when they got there and they spent an hour trying to change the rooms around to make sure that my whole entire family could fit. They ended up charging them for three rooms with a king size bed instead of the two rooms with two queen size beds and they ended up having to pay extra because the reservations that they made were ignored. They reserved two rooms each with two queen size beds, but when they got there, none of them were available and all the people standing in line waiting we’re getting upset because they had to wait for so long since there was only one person staffed there.
The breakfast was horrible. They kept running out of food and the gentleman that was preparing. It had an attitude. He didn’t keep everything full. The gravy look like you could bounce it off the floor. There was no fruit. The baskets were empty. All the food was gone, and everybody was sitting around, waiting for the food but after waiting 15 minutes, we just had too lave.
