This hotel has been renovated within the past eight months. The lobby, however, feels rather cold and sterile. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The "easy chair" in our room (214) was ridiculous. Not comfortable at all, and a huge black stain on it. The second day of our visit, we came back to a bathroom sink that had not been cleaned .. we could still see the coffee stain where we had poured out our morning coffee. Plus the coffee packets in our room had not been replenished. My husband spoke to a maid and after that our room was cleaned well. I did not care for the hard pillows, but we did have a good night's sleep.

Bed had a lot of hair on sheets. Pool was covered in bugs.

Proximity to Napa was good. But the property it self was beat up. The room door had scratches all over. Inside it was worse. The door jams were filthy and more scratches on the bathroom door. The bathroom area was not clean. The shower had hair in it and a ring around it. One of us attempted a shower and jumped out because they were grossed out. The rest of us did not use the shower and waited until we checked into our other place the next day. As we just needed a room for the night due to extending our trip.

The hotel room was overall disgusting, there was a hair in the fridge, blood stain on the bed and couch and the coffeemaker has mold in it. I can't believe I had to pay for all of that

Staff had there own children in room above us.Child was alone in room running & jumping late into the night. Called desk several times. Blankets looked like dog had chewed it, blankets were full of holes? You think they would discard bad bedding.
