When we arrived …. Hotel said no rooms available!! We were not able to stay ! We need a credit back to are card!!!

The conditions were terrible even under the current Covid environment. a.) Rooms were not cleaned during our whole three night stay including no trash pick-up or clean towels .. had to ask for towels b.) workers were having breakfast with the hotel guests and talking loud c.) saw workers with kids ion the lobby d.) pets were a mess .. urine in the elevators Even though the breakfast items were ok, they were mismatched in their placement. Some guests did not have the masks on and were even without shoes or slippers I would NOT recommend at-least this facility to anyone and if this pet policy is to stay in affect, I definitely would avoid the Hampton Inn. We have stayed at many locations here in the US as well as abroad.. and had a very high regard for the chain .. but this time.. it changed all that! Dr. Paul Ahdan

The front desk people were friendly and welcoming. Lobby was clean and cheerful. There were signs everywhere about mask-wearing and sanitized rooms for our safety. The room door actually had a seal/sticker on it that boasted cleanliness. However, my room had a button on the floor from previous occupants that suggests to me the staff didn’t vacuum properly. The bathtub had a hair in it that wasn’t mine and there was mold growing around the soap dish. The bed however was really comfortable.

We stayed 1 night here and were pleasantly surprised at how our stay was, overall. The pool is very small, and it should be (says it is) 4.5 feet deep but I believe it is deeper because I am 5'3" and in the deep end the water came up to my neck. This is a little dangerous for the beginner swimmers since parents will think the pool is shallower than it is. The breakfast was pretty amazing. There were many many different choices. My youngest will usually just get cereal because he is picky and hotels don't usually have a variety of foods. He was able to eat a decent breakfast. There were toppings for the oatmeal and waffles, fruits, meat, eggs, potatoes, baked goods, yogurts, cereals, coffee, and tea. I am sure I am missing some of the breakfast choices, there were a lot! The room was outdated. The chair looked like it was from the '50s maybe!! The walls were a pretty color, and the bed was comfortable. The pull out couch was also comfortable for the kids. The curtains were yuck, and so was the carpet. UGLY and also very dirty. Our feet were black by morning. When checking out the elevator broke. I guess it was stuck on a floor somewhere and it wouldn't move. Oh well, I had to use the stairs, no biggie. Coffee is served 24 hours, they have a vending machine and a fresh popping corn machine with a ton of toppings to choose from. All in all, I would most definitely come back, maybe just for the breakfast!!

Wish I could of stayed there much longer. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
