The room and everything in it was very clean. Staff were pleasant, and surroundings seemed quiet and it was walkable. The only complaint (this is subjective) is that all the pillows were pretty hard and tall for me.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There was no instructions regarding the TV and what channels/options were available. And the bathroom was tiny. The door barely cleared the toilet.

The room was clean. They followed my request for a room near the elevator for my mother who has breathing issues. The clock in the room was not correct though and it it hadn't been for my son calling, we would have missed her appointment.
