I hate to give this property such a good review. I'm afraid the secret will get out. We usually stay at another hotel when we visit, but it didn't have any rooms available. The Medallion Inn and Suites was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was excellent. The rooms were very quiet. The price was very good. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. We will definitely stay here from now on.

Homeless were around the property, when we ate breakfast unfortunately homeless people easily passed through eating area, and we found that nobody take care of the security in the hotel they were around and even we saw them in elevator

The staff was great. Right to the point. I don’t require anything extra. And by extra I mean fluff. Easy check in and out. The breakfast bar was great. Full and clean and honestly my favorite part. My least favorite was the pool. The front desk said adult time was 8pm-10pm when we went to the pool at 8:30pm we heard lots of people. We then noticed a sign saying adult time was 9pm-10pm. So we went back up to our room to watch forensic files like one does. We returned at 9:20pm and the kids were going ham! A dad said we’re headed out. Which they were but weren’t out of the pool until 9:45. A different dad had one kid and he said ok 15 more mins. Very annoying. We were really just there for the hot tub to relax. But it was loud and we only would have had 15 mins then saw the hot tub was looking really grimy. Since the 6 kids were in the shower room we couldn’t rinse off before going in so we left. Nope we didn’t complain to the front desk there was no point. So maybe change the time back to 8pm-10pm for adults because wrangling 6 kids takes time.

Quick trip to pick up a puppy. Second time staying at this hotel. Better experience. Again room was very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Have a good hot breakfast with protein even.

Amazing stay

Amazing. This was perfect for what I needed. A nice place to stay overnight. Often when just for an overnigt you are stuck with very limited choices. However, Medallion is an incredible option. Comfortable room, clean, and a great breakfast. On a side note, very close to outlets, so will definitely be planning a shopping trip for Christmas. But highly recommended.

I've stayed here many times and love the location and how easy it is to get around to where I need to be while I'm in town. The staff is also awesome. I will say, this is the second time I've checked in and someone else has been in the room I was assigned so I had to go back down for a different room. But I laugh it off and go about my day. But maybe tighten that process up a bit. Nevertheless, I'll stay again in the future. It's one of my go-to's and can't beat the price.
