The front desk employee went inside our room and took our dog to the front desk since she was barking (we were unaware that one of us needed to stay in the room, we had went next door to dinner for 30 minutes) and did not call until *after* they had done so. We were understandable to the policy, but the fact that they did not call first and after was infuriating. Luckily our dog is super friendly.

This stay was a disappointment. I was there for a week and much of that time had a hotel full of workmen in work vans and trucks filling the parking lot and all areas inside. The cleanliness in common areas suffered and having a meal in dining area was not comfortable at all. I’ve stayed here in the past and felt it was a quiet, family friendly place. Not this time!

This is the place to stay at!

Excellent front desk service, very clean hotel, clean pool, spa and fitness, and loved how they offered unlimited access to the fountain machine, snack time (popcorn machine), kickback happy hour (up to 3 free alcoholic beverages) and the dinner and breakfast buffet that is all included in our stay!
