Management has apparently established a smoking area adjacent to the covered unloading area. There are two urns and 3-4 lawn chairs that encourage smokers at that location. Consequently, I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke several times on the way to my car. I'll stay elsewhere in the future.

Please don’t stay here

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was extremely dirty. We had to change rooms because the bathroom in our original room had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests and the towels had visible stains. The second room wasn’t much better. The carpet was covered in stains, and the bed sheets were also stained, which made it hard to feel comfortable. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns before and have never had an experience like this. This stay was very disappointing and did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect from the brand

The stay was short, but wonderful. We got in late and check in took less than 5 minutes. Our room was clean and easy to find. Breakfast was wonderful, my toddler loved the waffles. Check out was easy.

Breakfast was underwhelming and they keep those caution signs you put on wet floors in the elevators (one of which was covered in what I hoped was splotches of plaster but looked gross). Other than that everything was great. The staff was kind. Check in was swift. The room and bathroom were nice. The bed was soft. The room was spacious and clean. It’s right across the street from tons of shops and restaurants. The provide a coupon for two restaurants when you get there too.

We had an emergency. I tried for literally hours to contact the motel to cancel. I was on hold for 90 minutes then it was too late to cancel. They might have got my money this time
