"There were two gentleman at the front desk, one was very nice and helpful, the other was extremely rude. Not sure what the building was prior to it being a hotel, but you have to go outside and walk around the building to get to the lobby. Super annoying and super inconvenient. Tv remote didn’t work, I called the front desk and was told I’d have to go the the front desk to get batteries… in the pouring rain after working and driving all day. Beds were so hard, basically like sleeping on the floor. So hard, super uncomfortable. Loud guests all night, front desk doesn’t answer the phone after 9pm apparently. Also, the hotel front desk guy told me had I booked directly through the hotel I would have paid less than 80.00 per night. My booking through hotels.com was for 170.00 per night… so that’s not exactly great. For the amount of options throughout the area, it definitely wasn’t worth what we paid to stay there."

"This property was perfect for a large family gathering. We booked for graduation weekend. It was lovely to be 6 minutes from the fairgrounds for an 8am event. The layout of the house was very convenient: two hallways off the main living space the left had the primary plus two bedrooms and a bathroom the right had the laundry, entrance to the game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kids room was behind the main living space. Everyone had a great time. There was so much space, the room with two beds was easily able to accommodate a pack and play. One of the reviews mentioned problems with road closures. We did not experience any of those problems. Also, Starbucks and wawa were five minutes away."

"Staff was not helpful, questions and requests were ignored. We were to be in a double room, not, a king room, and we went to the front desk immediately after we checked our room, but, staff did not acknowledge our questions, and ignored us, even while standing in front of them, they looked passed us, as if we were not there. No hot water to shower. We requested to have hot water repaired or move us to new room. No response was given and no repair was provided and we were not moved to another room. Maintenance did not even come to our room. It was very disappointing that both requests were ignored by staff, and nothing was done to satisfy either issue. This is not the normal service that we have received at other Wyndham, we frequently stay at when traveling. Terrible customer service, communication, and most of all, very unprofessional. We travel a great deal, and our “go-to-hotels” are the Wyndham as well as the Hilton, after this experience in Tampa, it will definitely be the Hilton next time in Tampa."
