Everything was great expect the lady working the front desk the morning after our stay. She was working the desk and doing the breakfast. She was rude. When I walked in the front door she looked at me and said I don’t know what is in there I don’t have time to look or time to add any food to it. I could hear her keep complaining about her job the whole time I was eating.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that pulling up to this hotel, I was a little concerned. The staff was great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast spread was great, the hot tub was clean minus a couple flies. But we were in town for a tournament and didn’t know any better and if we do this tournament again, I will gladly stay at this hotel! I won’t say it’s a five star hotel, but our experience was!

Really appreciate the lack of a ridiculous expensive dog fee for staying one night with a small, well behaved dog. Front desk staff were great and the coffee served in the morning was surprisingly tasty!

This was my first time at the Cottage Grove Inn located in Cottage Grove, Oregon and I was greatly impressed by the service and the room. The male front desk check in employee was courteous, professional and very polite. The room was very clean and everything worked to include the very clean king size bed.
