The Hotel Marqués de Riscal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Elciego is 18 miles (29 kilometers) from central Estollo. Another hotel is the Hospedería de los Parajes, which is 20 miles (34 kilometers) away. More hotel and apartment options worth checking out are the Viura along with the Castillo El Collado.
After you've got to know Estollo, it's worth putting aside some time to unveil the varied cultural and natural attractions of the La Rioja area. La Rioja is known for rural landscapes, rivers and streams. Popular holiday draws are castles, old towns and fortresses. Modern travelers in this section of Spain often enjoy snowboarding and skiing.
Haro is 19 miles (30 kilometers) north of Estollo and boasts Plaza de la Paz and Bodegas Bilbainas. Some of our recommended Haro hotel options include the Hotel Los Agustinos and Hotel Arrope. For another option, head to Ollauri, 15 miles (25 kilometers) north of Estollo, where you can pick from the Hotel Eth Rioja and Apartamentos con Encanto Señorío de Haro. The Bodega Valenciso and Bodegas Beronia are more popular points of interest to see when in Ollauri.

"I can't say enough good things about this small boutique hotel. The design, decor, and craftsmanship throughout the property are incredible. The rooms are spacious, with large showers, comfortable beds, and high-quality sheets and towels. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner at the hotel was very good as well. They also organized a fantastic wine tasting experience for us, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The town itself is very small, with limited dining and no real shopping, but that actually adds to the charm and overall experience. It's also conveniently located near Haro and the main Rioja wine tasting area. One small detail that stood out was how great the hotel smelled throughout the property. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for. This was one of our favorite hotels of the trip."
